Is that the famous Emperors New coin?

It'll be a 5 guinea coin (£5 5/-), as £5 coins were not minted until 1820.

In Fine, they are (as of Jan 2011) about £2,000 ($3,200) and VF are about £4,500 ($6,900).

Is there an 'elephant and castle' below the busts or not? Both kinds were minted that year, the values being the same in F, and slightly more for the mintmark in VF.
