Sending these Morgans to NGC in the next few days. Grade guesses anyone???

I was leaning towards early bird
2 weeks is a fine time period i only paid over melt for the cc half and half dime. and some of the coins are worth more than $300 so I guess early bird is the word.

Sounds like a plan. Just got home from the post office. Shipped them registered and insured. Which shipping method do you use?

I wonder how you file an insurance claim for coins if they are lost? Any input on that?

I had an insurance claim once, i printed out several previous auctions to show the coin was worth what I insured it for.
It worked fine for me. However I understand some people have had problems in the past.

Well, I got the results from NGCs order tracking page and there's good news and not so good news. Good news first....

The 1883 S-- MS61
The 1886 O-- MS63!!!!
The 1889 O-- MS62

The 1895 S-- XF DETAILS , improperly cleaned
The 1903 O-- UNC DETAILS, improperly cleaned OBV


I really didn't think that they looked cleaned, but you learn something everyday. And honestly in my opinion the '89 O is in better condition than the '86 O.

They are still nice coins and I'm very proud to have them in my collection. I'm pretty happy about the '86 O (as if you couldn't tell). I'll post photos when they get back to me. They shipped today, so by next weekend or so.
