What do I know - au 58s all around.

Those walking liberties can be very much more flawed then first apears in the hand. There is a dipping issue with the last one, IMO.

That lack of detail in the walkers left hand still gives it an MS64?

I have one even better than that I had graded at AU58.

it can... they tend to be rather weakly struck, but if yours got a 58 then there must have been rub on it somewhere, which is handled differently by the TPG's than weak strike is.

Man those coins just light up a room in that condition dont they. Dang nice pickup CT.

60 on the Barber, 63 on the walker. (just my opinion) My opinion and 37 bucks will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks.

I'm going to say AU58 on the Barber Quarter and MS65 on the Walking Liberty half. It has nice full skirt lines, even on the set of lines running down the middle of the dress, which I don't see very often on a lot of Walking Liberty halves in middle MS grades, even if the left hand may be a little weak.

MS-64 or maybe MS-65 on the Walker.
On the Barber, I have no idea. Could anyone please explain what makes this AU?

I'll take a stab and go with MS60 on the Barber and MS64 on the Liberty.

Slight wear which is most evident on the reverse high points - tips of the wings, eagle's head, tip of the tail.

    price im guessing

the barber quarter could easily go from 65 to 125 in that about uncirculated condtion

I'll go with the MS60 and MS64 in that order.

ok, the coins are both in old PCI slabs and are as expected slightly overgraded. actually, I think the Walker has a chance of crossing (I could be wrong though) but the Barber has wear on the reverse high points, IMO and would grade in the upper AU range.

I'm happy with them and the prices i paid were consistant with MS 64 for the Walker and AU53 for the Barber.
