I can't tell you if it is fake, but it does look like a 1990 Emergency Gulf War Issue 100 Dinars note, Pick# 76.
Looks legit, but who knows without feeling it and getting a real close look. I actually own a couple counterfeit Iraqi bank notes, and the first give away is they're not very sharp. Borderline blurry, and it feels like regular printer paper. Ironically the numbers are not the same but rather consecutive. What I read when I bought them was these were made by organized crime in Bagdad to cash in during some currency exchange deadline. Knowing there would be a chance that they would get overlooked cause of giant hordes being cashed in, so they made millions. They're greed no less got them caught, and they more than likely paid the ultimate price. Beware of domestic counterfeits, cause those would be worthless. BTW: I paid more for these than real ones LOL.
