NGC backlog

    As many of you will know, NGC has been seeking to recruit more staff, success unknown but a bit of advice.
    If, like me, you are paying for the express service (48hrs) and wonder why they've had your coins for a week and
    they still don't even make it to 'received,' it's because they are swamped but also because you need to write EX on the
    outside of your packet. They will then open and get these coins into the system quicker than undifferentiated submissions.
    So this will help those paying for a speedy service get one.....maybe.
