The seller has, ironically, provided more photographs of his "mint error" in the southern-most part of the item's description box, where you're able to tell the obverse side of a Jefferson nickel has been set face-down atop the obverse of a Lincoln cent, taken with a narrow cylindrical pipe, and smacked with a hammer (or whatever heavy, blunt object the original mutilator chose to use).
