JFK Got a Haircut in 1992?

    I stumbled across this which seems JFK was trying for an MC Hammer look. I took it to a dealer and he said it wasn't nothing, possibly a weak strike. So I figured I'd post it here and see if you fine folks had any idea. Anyone ever seen anything like this?
