What is this error? Value?

    Hello all, I found this error penny. It is a 1970 but it is very grainy and unclear. It also has a wierd ring to it when it is flipped. Could it be an improper alloy? 128_7612.jpg 128_7613.jpg

    It's hard to see anything in your photos but it looks to me like your coin spent some time in the street getting run over by cars.
