Misaligned Die Strike and Partial Collar strike.
    Probably tilted collar strike. IMO

I think off center is correct. And it's in great condition.
I thought the reverse was also off. But it's hard to tell.

Worn die with off center strike and possible die crack.
It would help if you could take photos without the flip causing glare, and post them FULL IMAGE (after uploading photo, two buttons appear: Thumbnail, Full Image. Click on Full Image.

Thanks gentlemen , is this stiff collar strike recognized by any of the grading houses , so are multiple errors capable on a coin . Example with this coin , off center , stiff collar , die cracked , with full steps and accurate description with this coin ? Full steps not an error of course but it should be with this era coin .

Struck against a stiff collar which generated a forced misalignment. As far as I'm aware, the grading services do not recognize most stiff collar errors. Nor do they distinguish between forced misalignments and garden-variety misalignments.
