I'd say XF40 - XF45. I think that the way the Eagle's breast feathers blend into the Eagle's left wing and the wear on Liberty's hair on the obverse keep it from going any higher. It's a great looking coin wrucmike! Definitely a keeper! It is worn a little bit, but it has absolutely no big, detracting marks.
