    It's an edge view holder, they've had 'em for quite a while now.

    LindeDad His Walker.

    They have had them since about 2007 but use them mostly in the Paris office for most sizes until stockes of the full ring inserts are used up here in the states for most coins that are not edge lettered now I think.
