    It a solid 63. 64 maybe if the luster is strong.

    Anyone else se that imperfection in the rim on the right side of date?
    I guessed 63 for what its worth

    Yeah, I'll chime in with a 63 as well. The nick on the brow, and the hair curls by her neck keep it from a 64 IMO

    I voted 64. And I think it could be a solid 64. But that rim imperfection is kinda weird.

    Isn't PCGS really strict about not grading coins with rim damage?

    62 for lack of breast feathers and quite a few bag marks on reverse. Maybe 63....

    Unless the images are hiding something, that coin is way too clean and not nearly weakly enough struck to merit only a 62.

    I went with 64, all thought there does appear to be some haze in the pictures. Which I guess could be the lighting and the pictures.
