    MS62- Bag mark-caked obverse. The cheek, IMO, isn't clean enough for a 63.-

    There are just too many "bumps & bruises" for this to be a $400 coin in MS63.................MS62.

    I would agree with the 62, especially with the black spot on the top of the obverse, I would simply bet a TPG would grade it 63 today. If they didn't I will be pleasantly surprised.
