I will go with 64 but it could well be a 63.

63... 64 if you give it a quick dip.

MS62/63- Luster is muted. Deep abrasion at 11 o' clock. Photo makes cheek look somewhat impaired, so it may be a 63.

    Good day.......MS64.

    Bad day........MS63.

There are just enough nicks and dings on her face and brow plus that nasty gouge at 10:00 in the field that may just keep this at the lower grade.

63 - good day or bad day. The '81-S is one of those coins that has to be exceptional to get the same grade that another date/mint would get. In other words the '81-S is graded to a different standard.

    MS 62/63.

Reverse could go as high as 64, but the obverse seems a little dinged up to me.

Doug, a good day in my way of thinking is that all the graders who examined this coin had appointments with an eye doctor and their pupils were still dilated. LOL!
