I would say about VF-25/30 light scratches and I think an O-114. I would wait for confirmation.

Well, I am not an expert, but I agree with Mark and I am near certain it is an O-114. I would give it a VF-25 details grade as I believe the scratches, especially the X shape scratches on the neck would keep it out of a "problem free" slab. Now for the funky 2. I believe that is caused by a strike through error. Pic 5 shows it best. There is a gouge that roughly follows the curve, but then it breaks away. It like a small piece of string was on the die. Like I said, I am no expert, so it is just opinion.

Is that I centered under the T and does the cross bar go into the wing for those thinking 114?

No it is not perfectly centered but it Isn't in the Overton book either. Take a straight edge to both sides of the I and they do intersect the T correctly. As far as the crossbar, I really can't tell.

Even with the scratches that seems a bit low, Id go 40
