I've been looking to add a few SLQ's to my collection but have had a difficult time finding any decent ones at good prices,so I was surprised when I went to my coin dealer today and he had about 30 in his showcase.Unfortunately, most of them were of the well worn variety that I have come to expect and slightly overpriced,in my opinion.I ended up buying the best of the lot,a 1928p for $12 and here it is next to a 1924 that I already owned. The '24 has been cleaned but still has some of the original luster and the '28 is in OK shape but I have no idea what it would grade and would welcome your opinions. Thanks!

For the 28 I'd say VF.

Looks about F12 or maybe a ittle better.

I like the 1928 better than the 1924. Finding nice original SLQs is not easy, and regardless of the grade, that's a lot of coin for $12, IMHO...Mike
