Here's the best book - "The Ultimate Guide to Attributing Bust Half Dollars" by Glen Peterson. It's far superior to the Overton / Parsley 4th Edition.

Interesting post. I actually have two copies of the Wiley Bugert SL half book he is listing for so high a price. Maybe I should sell one.

 

It is an excellent book-- but with the Overton/Parsley book-- not instead of it.
Use them together

 

I already found him a copy of the third edition and sent a pm to him with the link.. though I haven't heard from him if it was still available. Actually found it just after seeing this post... and for the money he was hoping to spend...
