So everything I can find is saying this bill doesnt exist? What am I reading wrong on the production tables.

63,360,000 printed serial numbers ran from 00000001 to 63360000

It's a valid note, though doubt there is value in that condition, sorry to see that...

 

I was on this site, saying the production was 4,480,000. Am I just looking at the wrong info?

Yes sadly Im pretty sure as it has ink, multiple staple wounds and lost part of the bill. It will be in the family but never worth much.

 

Those are Federal Reserve Note production numbers not United States Notes with are a different breed.
My info came from the Standard Guide to Small Size U.S. Paper Money guide book.

For face, you can never go wrong, IMO. But, if you did pay more than face for it, you most likely got ripped off.
