Hi i have the 2006 anniv. Silver eagle set and just noticed a little ding on the neck of the uncirculated coin with a magnify glass is this a problem i guess i should have looked more closely when i got the set.live and learn please reply

 

i'd buy them for face, you'd be able to get a little more out of them if they are in great shape. and what series are they?

I would buy them because worst comes to worst and they dont sell, you only paid face value so you really cant loose unless you try ebay and count listing fees (around 40 cents each listing)

 

Fees will be more than 40¢ as the PayPal transaction fee base is 35¢.

 

Spend them. If all the people who have not a clue about paper money and coins started seeing lots of 2 dollar bills, ikes and kennedies, maybe they will spend that 2 dollar star radar or that silver ike and I will pick them up in circulation.

 

Buy them out and see if you can get on the TV show Hoarders. TC
