What is This World Coin??

    I have a question about a coin that I have. This coin looks like it is from the Far East because of the writing on it. I don't know what year it is from and I also don't know what country it it came from either. Can anyone tell me what it is and what it is worth? All help will be apprectiated!!!

    Well, according to Krause they made a billion coins of that date, so it's probably only worth exchange rate, which would be about 3 cents.
