This is a 1981 cent I discovered at work. Been going through my change drawer for oddities for over a year now. Hoping this is my first error coin. Things I have discovered are a roll of pre 1964 dimes, silver quarters, half dollars, and once a 1865 three cent. Let me know what u think of this!
It is worth more then $.01 for sure. I would have it looked at. A lot of things can go into the value of these.
I found a very similar athiest cent about a month ago and they tend to go for $20-40 on ebay. Nice find! Way to keep your eyes peeled. Surest way to not find anything is to stop looking. Interesting though how few of these you find when pouring thru rolls of cents.
