I found this penny in a roll I bought on Ebay a while back. I've searched online to see if I could find another penny like this but had no luck. I'm not sure if someone did this design personally or if it was minted this way? Either way I think it's really neat and I'm excited to hear any feedback from anyone who may know more about this coin. Thank You! Krysta
to add a little more, you have an 1886 type 1. the last feather of the headdress points between the "i" and "c" in "america." on the type 2, the last feather points between the "c" and the "a." the outer design was done post-mint. cool coin!! :thumb:
