1929 Sun Yat Sen silver Dollar?

I was given this coin in China where I was working in 1992.

After some research, I identified the year 18 (+1911) which dates it to 1929.

The size is approximately 39mm, non-magnetic but I haven’t weighed it yet, seems around 25g.

Is this coin a genuine 1929 Sun Yat Sen silver Dollar or a fake?

Here are my doubts:
Sun Yat Sen bust seems larger, the first character on the left starts at around 9 o’clock (shouldn't it be 10-11?)
The ‘junk’ with 3 sails doesn’t match the other 1929 coins,the sea horizon is too low, more like other coins with have the 2 sail junk + rising sun + birds?

It is a poorly cast fake.
