Suspected Egyptian 5/10 Qirsh, pre 1876?

What I have is a coin that looks very similar to Egypt's 20th century 5/10 qirsh. It has a much smaller Arabic 5 (the teardrop shaped circle), but is the same diameter as the 5/10 qirsh circa 1909 in the Krause guidebook. The ascension date appears to be AH1200 (possibly AH1300).

The obverse is bare around the toughra on the obverse. There is no decoration towards the rim.

The reverse shows a tiny teardrop in the middle of a bunch of Arabic script.

For some reason, the 'image' link isn't working today. I don't have the greatest pictures, but would share them if I could.

Who were the previous rulers in Egypt? I tried researching Ottoman rulers and found 2 with short reins around 1781 (a rough translation of AH1200). Did the Ottomans use the same denomination coin over 130 years before though? That seems unlikely to me.
