Bad seller ? What should I do ?

    I wonder if he is saying that he is going to give you credit on his item and just not your money back??...that is what it seems to me.
    I also wonder if you could call Ebay and talk to someone.....maybe get someone on the ball up there.

    yep, that's exactly what it means. He is acknowledging that it has been returned. IIRC, I filled that form out for my return and then he processed the refund to me. Also, not filling out the form won't do you any good, since after 7 days of no response from you then they will close the dispute automatically. By waiting to refund you until after his fees are refunded he is able to make sure you don't lie to eBay and screw him out of his fees (which is not entirely unreasonable). You have 90 day to file a complaint with Paypal, so I would be patient. Email him every 2 or 3 days to ask (politely) when to expect your refund and if you get to day 85 then file a Paypal complaint then.


    Like I said, it took a long time, (more than a week) but I was refunded eventually, and I expect you will be too.
