I can't really be sure from my phone, but it looks close. After I blew it up a bit, it may be. No wonder I've never found one.
I blew this pic up, and I don't think it's a WAM. There should be a very noticable space at the bottom of the letters. A small gap is present on some dies and some worn ones, but I believe this coins to be of the normal variety. IMHO gary
I believe it is a Close AM normal 1998 too. There is a noticible space on the WAMs and the initials FG will be closer to the memorial. But to answer your question a nice 98 WAM goes for like $5-$10. This is however not one.
