1883 gold plated no cents and 1883 with cents v nickels....

    wondering what these guys are worth not all 40 just the gold and the red toned nickels both 1883

    You could probably get $1.00-$2.00 for each on eBay. The gold-plate does not command a premium over the coins normal value, IMO (Someone may pay extra if they were unexperienced and found it interesting). Regarding the "red-toned" coins; These look to be dug up coins from a metal detector. You can see the rust (this causes the slight redness in color) and heavy corrosion. Again, these coins command no premium and actually more so HURT the coins' value.

    but the red coin is an 1883 w/ cents? thats minimum 10 bucks and its in decent condition?

    Didn't catch that... Sorry. But either way, it's a tough sell being corroded like that. Most collectors don't like purchasing common coins that have been "dug-up". IMHO, I doubt you would get over $5 for it.
