I just got my proof SAE's and I think that if silver prices keep going up they may move the cut off date up (resulting in fewer Proof 2006 SAE's). You may want to grab these while you can.

why would they-I could be completely wrong...but wouldn't it be best for them to keep selling them while silver's up? They bought their silver supply a while ago for much cheaper than it is now-so they'd be selling at a greater profit. And their is definately still a demand-people are thinking that silver is going up and up and not coming down for a while, and besides silver bars SAE's are closest thing to current price of silver ( kind of) I;m not sure if it applies to proofs or not-I might be completely wrong and miss the point your trying to say! When is the cut-off currently?

If silver hits $20 I can't see them selling for $27.

I see what you're saying, but why don't they just raise the price to meet the prices of current silver market? I'm not sure if they can do that or not.
I think the mint will sell them as long as they're still making $, that's what they seem to be doing best lately :hammer:
Look at the cent, it already costs more than face value to mint-can the mint change the price now, and if they can't then they shouldn't be able to change cut-off date either unless they run out. Bill
