Hi All,I have a coin in capsule but contains alot of foreign objects, mostly dust and lint and some tiny black stuff, on the coin. I tried using my high power hair dryer to blow them off but didn't work. Will NGC take care of the problem or I need to submit to NCS? Also, will NCS return my original mint packaging? Thanks.

I'm sure NCS could remove all contaminants, but to me the question is - is it worth it ? What coin are we talking about here ? It might be just as easy, and cheaper, for you to sell what you have and just buy another.

British sovereign. Bought it at a coin show and have never seen one since.

Well they're pretty common coins actually and unless it's one of the few scarce dates then it's probably not worth the effort. I'd go with my first suggestion.
