    it is a pattern which was never released for general circulation.

    Your coin is very different and unique. I really like the patterns on each side. It is awesome!

    These were released and circulated for a couple of years. With a mintage of 250,000 it is hard to consider them a pattern in anyway The Copper version was part of the FAO coin program of which 11,000 were minted. 11,000 0f the for circulation silver counterparts were also sent to the FAO program but are indistiguishable. The copper ones are pattern-ish but more like commemeratives IMO.

    I submitted 2 proofs a toned MS and a bronze MS RB to NGC. I should have some grades next week.

    Mintage is 500k, not 250k. Brainfreeze on this one. I must have had the proofs on the mind which have been reported at 250 ?
