    Good morning everyone,

I just received my second patch of coins sent to NGC yesterday.....

Now I´m happy with everything NGC has done so far and their customer service has been outstanding. Everyone can make mistakes it´s how you correct them that matters so I´m hoping it will be up to standard of what I have seen so far with NGC. Or am I asking for to much ?

    Not liking this at all

I suspect on the labels they got a batch in that were slightly oversized and they don't quite fit in the recess they are supposed to. (different supplier?)

They just came back to me and they are going to fix this, I was hoping I was right about the slabs having standards and I´m glad I was right.

Again their customer service was respectful of my questions so i´m pleased. I was going to send some coins over so the loss of shipping isnt that much.

Glad to hear they will resolve the issue. It needs to be corrected unless you want an error slab, lol.

I have gotten a few slabs back from NGC with the label like yours and most of the time they lay back flat to were they should be,,,,But I think one of them has not settled down yet.....I have a few coins that need to go back to NGC because they but the coin's in backwards. I like NGC very much,,,,But its things like this that really gets under my skin. They really need to hire more people to do the quality control thing because to many of these mistakes have been shipped out and there is no reason for it.

There is absolutely no excuse for the labels to not sit properly. If this is something that happens on a regular basis, then the entire label process needs to be rethought. It just looks sloppy overall. This is what I expect out of basement graders and the Chinese, not a top 3 company.
Sweet coins by the way Siggi.
