    Thank you for your help.
    The coins is 100% real.
What do you think about the price of this one ?

If you did not know what the coin was, and now that it's been identified for you, are unaware of its value or how to determine same...

How is it you can assert that it is 100% real?

What if he got this coin from his beloved grandpa who was a respectable numismatist with enormous amount of knowledge in Hungarian coins from the 1740s as a part of massive coins collection, where all other coins were authentic? Its possible.

In that case, the beloved grandpa would most likely have left some sort of Identification on/with the coin. People who have large collections of really nice pieces don't generally IMO leave them around not Identified. Also a numismatist with these leanings would have a lot of books, etc. that would be available for the person to learn about it.

Austro-Hungarian monarchy was in years 1867–1918. So, yeah, you`re not precise at all.

You don't know the old man the way I do! He was a distracted fellow and the old stickers often got separated from the coin holders. And this is what happened to this coin. Books were lost in a small fire that was caused by an old furnace.

Good thing the old man put a fire and smoke proof mylar covering over the coin, so it wasn't damaged. Forethought!

The reason OP is putting up this and his other coins here asking for "help" identifying the coin is because he (Leonid, aka GlobeCoins on eBay) is a longtime seller of coins there. This coin is now listed for sale there. He is using CT members to I'd and price for him, sneaky little devil.

So we're dong his work for him? Then I'd like 5% of the sales price for identifying the coin, then.

Anyone else tempted to give him complete ridiculous identifications and prices if he asks again just to see if he actually uses them? Would be hilarious to see this listed for thousands as a Zanarkandian half-gil or something.

Now I want to collect an entire set of Zanarkandian half-gils, but the Krause Catalog just doesn't list them. Can you provide a good website where all my research can be easily done just by reading it? That way I don't have to tax my brain cells or get an assistant to do the same. Also, the site MUST list all the collectors of this type and Country, as well as the budgets they've got in order to buy them, all their contact information, and whether they are serious collectors or just looky-loos or dabblers in the series. Thanks in advance!
