I think it's from the Valentinian dynasty. How much of the writing can you make out on either side in person? It's pretty hard to make much out from the photos. And in any case, this site is very useful for trying to figure out late bronzes, particularly when you can't read much of the legends.
With the spacing of the letters I;d guess Valens, but yeah hard to tell. Looks like Emperor w/ captive on the rev.
It's Valens. Emperor and captive reverse. The complete obverse legend is DNVALEN-SPFAVG (Dominus Noster Valens Pius Felix Augustus). The reverse reads GLORIARO-MANORVM (Gloria Romanorum). You can still make out the Chi-Rho on the labarum the emperor holds.
