Is an 1899 Austrian 2 Heller scarce?

My son-in-law found this coin in his parents' attic. To my surprise, I couldn't find it in the Standard Catalog for the 19th Century (6th Edition), though it is listed as KM #2801 in the 20th Century catalog, starting in 1901. Is this just an oversight in the Standard Catalog, or is this coin possibly scarce? 19 mm, 3.3 g.

The austrian 2 Heller 1899 coin is listed in the Muenzen Revue coin price guide. Unfortunately it is anything but scarce (listed at 3 Euros in Vorzueglich, 15 Euros in Stempelglanz). Only the 1892 date can be considered scarce.

Is it worth pointing out this deficiency in the Std Catalog, or does anyone have a newer edition which contains this coin & year?
