I'm no expert on IHCs, but here goes: It looks like a pointed rather than rounded bust, which would indicate that it is an L. Google "1864-L bust" for discussion and photos. The listing claims this coin is in "good" condition; I'd beg to differ. Good details, maybe, but scratched, corroded, and harshly cleaned. I think it's no bargain. The seller here, theconsignmenthub, is notorious for selling polished coins -- so many, and so uniformly shiny, that I suspect they routinely clean coins themselves. I'd have a hard time convincing myself to buy from them even if I saw a good bargain.
