    Seems to me this would do better in a Heritage or Teletrade sale, rather than a BIN on eBay, if it's such a valuable error that is.

    Heritage and Stacks do not necessairily take coins into their auctions. First, they try to determine the amount of interest the item might have. Even if rare, they may not feel there are enough people wanting the item. So they won't add it to the catelogue.
