As long as there is Silver in this world it is never to late to buy some. You can purchase it on line, at coin stores, some jewlry stores, some banks and at the rate things are going you will probably be able to buy it at grocery stores soon. The price is in the $13 range now and if you try buying it I'm sure people will charge you extra for the shape it's in. For instance some will tell you there is an ingot sur charge.
The thing to remember is buying Silver could be like buying a stock in the stock market. One price today and another tomorrow. The thing about any precious metal is if a large field or mine is suddenly found, down goes your investment.
You could always buy a small amount just for the fun of it you know.

The best time to load up on silver is after it tops out and experiences a temporary fall,be fore it again rises to top previous levels"buy when every one else is selling." Contrarian wisdom !The problem today is that metals are not rising; the value of the dollar is falling due to previous moves by the Fed as well as political worries of unrest and war.Fiat money only has as much value as people think it might have on every given day.Precious metals are forever like diamonds and taxes.

I wouldn't buy it either. Much cheaper to search rolls for 90 or 40% if you have enough patience.

I disagree 100%. Buy it now before it REALLY skyrockets.
