Todays finds. Low serial $10 & $5 *!

It is my opinion that unless it's uncirculated or fancy, spend it.
The notes appears to be in VG to Fine condition, and a stain on the left side.

Are the bottom 2 keepers though?

 

I would be tempted to keep the ID00000250B, but I already have several GEM examples of the 2006 $5 Atlanta Star, so I would spend it. Many of the collectors here keep all of them (star notes), and I don't want to sound like a "currency snob", but when it comes to 3 million note print runs on modern-era notes, I only keep uncirculated examples. If I know another collector that would like to have it, then I would make arrangements to trade, or sell at face (plus shipping).
