1922 no "D"?

    I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I have what looks like a 1922 no "D" Penny but im not sure. any help on if it is a no "D" and its grade would be much appriciated. thanks!!! 1922b.JPG 1922a.JPG

    IMHO, this coin does not match any of the 4 No-D die pairs. Plus, I think I can see evidence of a D.

    Thats what I was worried about.... is it even worth trying to sell as a removed "D"? is there even a market for that?

    It might be a weak D type. I don't know too much about those. Wait for other opinions first. The 1922-D as a whole had a very poor strike. There are only 4 die pairs that are accepted true "No D" cents...and IMHO this is not one of them. I wouldn't try and sell it even as a "removed D" if it were me.

    That is a counterfeit (or removed "D").

    I can see faint evidence of a "D" as well...
