1909 S VDBs released into circulation?

    Greetings - A buddy of mine said he was listening to a satellite radio show when they announced that some famous coin guy wanted to promote coin collecting so he took three 1909 S VDBs and put them into circulation for anyone to find. If anyone has any idea where I can find this story, I'd love for you to lead me there.
