I found this jeton with LVD XIIII DG FR ET NAV REX on one side and a ship on the other side. Searching for detail on it, can you help me?
Im searching on the web for a while and did not find any with a ship like this one.
    Thanks ;)

Howdy Josee - Welcome to the Forum !!

The obverse is Louis XIIII of France and the design is copied from this coin. But I do not think this is a jeton, it is absolutely not a coin. It appears to me to be more of a modern medallion or token of some sort.

Howdy Jon - Welcome to the Forum !!

Josee only posted that once and hasn't returned in over 4 months. But if you wish to search for info - I doubt you'll find any since that is a modern token or medallion of some sort - I suggets you check the links you'll find here - France

You'll find similar jetons, but they won't look like that.

It's a modern reproduction Sergio. Looks to have been silver plated. My guess would be that it was but 1 of a series of reproductions made for collectors.

Those dudes are one time posters from years ago. They won't be back.
But where'd you find yours? They're likely reproductions.

I was taking a walk with my 2 dogs in one of those montain biking paths here at Mont-Ste-Anne. First I tought it was a 25 cent coin. You have one too?

No, I don't know where you can find any info. Presumably it's some sort of play money or something similar, and I doubt there's much of a reason to look for more info.

I have the same coin as josee jon and christine. I havnt found any real evidense of what it is yet. Most threads lead to it being some kind of modern mediallion or jetton but its inconclusive. This just makes me more curious.
