A SEGS coin that might actually upgrade.

    I think it has a good shot at 64. I would say this is probably one of the very few SEGS coins I thought had a chance at upgrading at one of the top 2.

    Thats a well struck, clean Peace dollar, Matt. I'm with you in thinking it may have a chance at moving up a bit.

    Sure looks better than a 63, but Larry's a pretty good grader, despite SEGS' reputation....

    If you got it cheap enough it might actually pay for the regrading to submit it. The chatter on the reverse might make the grade stay the same on the wrong day at the graders though.

    Yes, Larry is usually right on. But that piece really looks good for an upgrade at crossover.

    It's a beautiful strike! There's quite a few scuffs on the tops of the tail feathers...I'm rather certain that's one of the primary grading areas. Otherwise, it's a beautiful coin!
