I have a sacagawea dollar coin with the I'm guessing arrow design on the back, not the eagle and stars. On the back side there is also a noticable difference in width of thwarted rim around the edge. It goes from what I assume is the correct width then gets a lot thinner in on edge but is normal on the other side does that mean anything and what's with the different pattern on the back? Different then the eagle and stars I've always seen.

The Sac is now known as the Native American dollar. If you have images of your coin, it would help.

They've been changing up the reverse designs in recent years. And the rim-width would just have to do with the strike quality I believe...?

If I'm understanding correctly, I'm thinking slightly off centered, but I'd really need to see a pic.

Nope, probably just a misaligned die. Relatively common for this series, but would still need pictures to be 100%.
