I was looking through some coins on Ebay and came across this interesting piece: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1995-P-LINCOLN-CENT-IBE-ERROR-COIN-SLABBED-/400239066281?pt=Coins_US_Individual&hash=item5d301b7ca9 Does anyone know what an IBE Error is? Thanks for the help!
It is the same as a BIE error except that the die chip is before the B instead of after it. It is a die chip and nothing more. they were once popular to collect but people eventually figured out they were just die chips Richard
Not an error and not a variety, the basement slabbers just never give up. It's just a regular cent. The slab is worth more than the coin. LOL
