    Looks to be plated. Nothing that came out of the mint.

    First off, welcome to CT.

    However, I can tell nothing from those pictures. They are too out of focus.

    Not any better than the first two. But at any rate, it looks like it was plated, which makes it a PMD coin.

    Right now, I have got to guess plated, but those pictures leave a lot to the imagination. Are you using the macro function on your camera?

    I am using the camera on my droid phone (Droid Inc, 8Mpixel) very odd coin, for sure a keeper =)

    Do you have a scanner? You could scan the coin or put a magnifying glass in front of the camera lens

    no scanner sorry, and the magnifying glass makes it worse

    It's just plated.....what we call PMD...Post Mint Damage.
