A radar note is where the numbers are the same from the middle outwards. Its hard to explain but ill show you some other examples: 99700799, 54322345. You can wikipedia it too. I hope that helps.
Bought a nice one about six months ago like yours for $7 bucks. Had to do a double take cause I thought CCMint got into my home and took my radar but left my 1918 Battlecrap note in my homemade Walmart currency binder? However no-joy. Mine is 78199187 I have seen them go much higher on rare notes, and crazy wacky crazy on rare star notes! I would also say a perfect block RADAR (A12344321A) has a hefty premium. Could you image what a $1 Educational note in 65 with a RADAR SN go for? Your talking pay the house off and get a '94 ZR1 for giggles money!
