Hi to all. Is PROPAY (LIKE PAYPAL) Is good and work with ebay?

    Well, PayPal doesn't charge a fee to buyers, so I don't know why you wouldn't use it. If you link your bank account, you don't need to carry a PayPal balance. Anyway, apparently only Power Sellers can accept ProPay, which is really just a way to pay using a credit card. Read more here:
