1928 Gold Indian Head $2 1/2 Coin

Okay - don't know much (anything) about coins. But I came across a coin that was in my dad's collection... its a 1928 gold Indian head $2 1/2 coin. It has some tiny scratches but looks basically brand new other than those. I'll try to post a few pics.

What is one of these things worth?

go to coinflation.com to find melt, assuming it is authentic. Currently, it would be 221.21.

Here are some pictures. Not sure they will help. Out of 20 attemps these are the best I got (I clearly no nothing about photography as well)... Coin seems to be legit. Looks almost new in person.

Go get a Freeware program called PIXresizer on the net. Then used it to resize your pics for upload
