Double Ear Lobe on 2006 Cent?

Could that be a double earlobe on this 2006 Lincoln???

Not sure its a little dark to tell, maybe someone else can see it better. Also I'm not sure if a 2006-D is listed, I'm pretty sure there is a 2006-P though.
