1861 Confederate Coin

I was wondering about this 1861 Confederate Coin I came across. I was wondering if it was a original one or a fake. I realize they're alot of fakes, so, that's why I was wondering what's mine.

Does the edge have a seam? It is most likely fake.

No, the recent copies do not have seams - they are die struck, I have one here:



This is one of those die struck souvenirs sold mainly in the South, my brother bought this about 20 years ago and carried it as a pocket piece for a couple of years.

 

So, does this most likely mean it's a fake?

 

yes, a souvenir piece. They should be plentiful this year being 150th.

Also, unless you have very small fingertips, the size of the token seems much larger than cent size.
